The Masai Mara is one of the most wondrous wildernesss left on Earth. It's an expanse of rolling hills and open savanna dotted with acacia trees ... in summer the land is a sea of rolling green. It's January and rains have arrived unexpectedly. The sky is filled with fluffy clouds and the air smells of wet earth. The trees have luscious leaves and Giraffes will walk many miles to sample the leafy delights on offer. They are so spoiled for choice that they move on quickly to sample nearby trees making it difficult to photograph them ... but I did eventually and I love this print .. there is peaceful tranquillity that touches the soul .. a tree a giraffe clouds and a sea of grass ... simplicity at its best
